Tammy made me my first quilt in September 2004 when I was in the hospital. I was going through some very tough times. It felt as if everything in my life was falling apart. I felt that I had lost control of everything in my life. I had developed a serious eating disorder . I could not eat or sleep. I was fighting depression and was having panic attacks so bad I couldn’t drive anymore. I was living on Dr. Pepper and cigarettes. Needless to say I was living a very unhealthy life. I was hospitalized shortly after.
Tammy made me a quilt with scriptures of gods word over the whole thing. I would read the verses and they would help me fall asleep. It comforted me, I felt as god was wrapping his arms around me. The first night she gave me the quilt I slept better then I had in months. That quilt helped lead me back to Christ. Since then I have quit smoking, I healed from my eating disorder and I am living a healthy life. God is so good… I truly believe that Tammy is an angel on earth. She is so talented. God has given Tammy a wonderful gifted talent.
