This quilt was made for Grandpa G.He said he wanted me to make him a quilt and he wanted it to be simple. As I prayed about it the Lord reminded me of how my Grandma and Great Grandma make quilts in their time. They would take several pieces of material and put them all together to make a patchwork quilt. So that is what I did, however I also added a cross of stars down the middle to make it a little different. I had fun making this quilt because it brought back many memories of my Grandma and her teaching me how to sew when I was young. I hope and pray that Grandpa G will be very blessed as he wraps up in the warmth of love put in this quilt.
